OK, I bought my Norman 20 as a `salvage' deal, it had been neglected, filled with rain water and consequently sunk in the Fowey River!
It was rescued and drained but the owner no longer wanted it and it was sold on, then finally to me.  At the moment it's lying on a drying mud mooring and really needs some TLC.  I hope to move it on the next spring tide to a better location in order to start work.  At first glance it appears all the wood covers, hatches and doors etc will have to be replaced, all the wiring and electrical switches will need checking and possibly replacing, and finally I have to remove the 60hp Evinrude outboard and decide if it is salvageable for repair.  Otherwise all that's needed is a clean and a coat of paint . . . . !
When finally restored I intend using it for cruising pleasure and maybe the off fishing trip in and around the Fowey River and Tywardreath, Par and St.Austell Bays with the odd trip to Falmouth, Looe and Plymouth.  As I said, at the moment it is moored off the River Fowey in a small hamlet called Golant.  As this is a drying mooring, I will attempt to do all the work there, rain and spring tides permitting!

OK, I'll attach a few photos `Before' now, sorry they're not too good, I used my mobile phone, however I will try and take some better ones when I'm fit enough to get down to the boat again.  Hope this little bit of info is ok and I'll try and keep you up to date.
Cheers
